Sean Smith earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Finance.

Since beginning his career with Navigant Consulting, Inc. and later Deloitte & Touche LLP, Sean has provided Fortune 500 clients with contextually relevant information findability and access by architecting content and classification models, controlled vocabularies, search optimization strategies and information governance programs.  He also has experience with long-tail environmental matters, investigations and due diligence and insurance policy and claims review.  Sean's experience working with small teams on sensitive issues to nation-wide engagements with significant publicity and monetary exposures enables him to be comfortable leading or collaborating with team members to reach positive resolution to any client challenge.

Sean is a Professional member of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) and has earned their Specialist certification in Enterprise Content Management and Information Organization and Access.  He is also an Associate member of the American Bar Association and Bar Association of San Francisco, an Eagle Scout and enjoys SCUBA diving, backpacking as well as domestic and international travel.
